The BLADE Show has designated EventSphere as the ONLY housing provider for the Blade Show 2019. There are fraudulent companies and organizations that will try to present themselves as official partners of BLADE and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available. Should you be contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. When booking with Eventsphere while using the online reservation link or calling 855-547-8429 (all coming soon!), you can expect to receive an immediate confirmation e-mail. EventSphere will never call you directly to book a reservation. The only reason EventSphere would call you are: If you called and left a message wanting a returned call, if there is a problem with an existing reservation, or if someone from BLADE Show management requested that EventSphere contact you. For example, “Sarah, with BLADE Show passed along your info…”

THE BLADE SHOW POLICY ON COUNTERFEITING, TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: The BLADE Show provides a forum for members of the knife community to gather and focus on knives. Designers, makers and manufacturers can showcase their efforts. Consumers, collectors and users can meet firsthand with those on the supply side and conduct hands-on comparison and evaluation of much of what comprises the knife. The protection of intellectual property, including trademarks and trade dress, is critical to preserving a dynamic and innovative knife industry. The BLADE Show is, accordingly, committed to an anti-piracy policy. Exhibitors who are found to be offering counterfeit or “pirated” knives may be subject to any or all of the following: 1. Removal by law enforcement of items proven to be counterfeit or pirated. 2. Legal action by the affected parties, including removal from the Show by law enforcement. 3. Banned from exhibiting at future BLADE shows. The BLADE Show will work with law enforcement, private anti-piracy consultants retained by various exhibitors and all involved to arrive at the most equitable solution to issues involving counterfeit and pirated knives. All exhibitors are encouraged to exercise care to avoid counterfeit and pirated knives. Know the source and integrity of the knives you display.
All exhibitor personnel are required to register. Name badges will be issued and must be worn by registered attendees at all Show functions. Exhibitors are not allowed to issue unauthorized, complimentary or discounted badges to anyone. If Show Management determines name badges have been issued improperly, a registration fee of $200 per person, per day will be assessed and/or the attendee asked to immediately leave the Show, forfeiting all monies previously paid. Badge information and registration will be sent in April 2020 along with allotted badges per space rental.
