THURSDAY: 4:00 - 7:00 PM (Please read below)
FRIDAY: 10:15 - 5:00 PM
SATURDAY: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
SUNDAY: 8:00 AM
THURSDAY PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Hours will be from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. You must show a form of ID to pick up your CAP badge pass at the registration area noted as Early Bird Registration on the map diagram below.
IF YOU PICK UP YOUR CAP PASS ON THURSDAY EVENING, YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LINE UP UNTIL 10:15 AM ON FRIDAY MORNING. YOU WILL LINE UP OUTSIDE THE EXHIBIT HALL MAIN DOORS IN THE CONCOURSE AREA AT THE DESIGNATED SIGNAGE.
FRIDAY PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
CAP PASS holders may pick up their badges starting at 10:15 AM on Friday. You must show a form of ID to pick up your pass. If you arrive early, the line will begin next to the CAP Registration Counters and flow outside as necessary (therefore please be prepared you may be outside while waiting).
Your registration counter will be at the top of the escalators above the Rotunda (the front entrance of the Cobb Galleria). It is located along the glass walls between the main concourse and the stairs heading up and down to the Rotunda (please see map below).
CAP Pass holders may begin lining up outside the Show Entrance of the Exhibit Hall ONLY starting at 10:15 AM on FRIDAY at the designated sign (after you have picked up your badge). You will enter the Show at 11:00 am.
If you are arriving on Saturday or Sunday morning, you will pick up your badges starting at 8:00 AM when the CAP counter opens.
