CAP PASS holders may pick up their badges starting at 10:00 AM on Friday. You must show a form of ID to pick up your pass.  PLEASE NOTE THIS TIME HAS CHANGED FROM YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN YOU PURCHASED YOUR CAP PASS.  

Your registration counter will be located in the curved walkway above the Rotunda (the front entrance of the Cobb Galleria).  It is located outside the Exit of the John A. Williams Ballroom on the main floor of the Cobb Galleria.  See the map below.  

CAP Pass holders may begin lining up outside the Show Entrance of the John Williams Ballroom ONLY starting at 10:00 AM on FRIDAY at the designated sign.  You will enter the Show at 11:00 am.  

If you are arriving on Saturday morning, you will pick up your badges starting at 8:00 AM when the CAP counter opens.
